Our client is a developer of cloud-based, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and they are now expanding their team in Prague.
Responsibilities
Provide first-class customer support in English
Train clients to use various products and services
Conduct analysis and troubleshooting, and test and implement software upgrades
Work with developers to identify and fix bugs
Build long-lasting professional relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Requirements
Previous experience in an English-speaking technical support environment is required
Experience using or supporting ERP systems or previous work experience in manufacturing a big advantage
You’re passionate about the quality of service you provide, and take pride in your work
You are proficient in written and spoken English
