Prague will host a spectacular multimedia event on Friday, October 4, 2025, when Avatar Live in Concert arrives at the O2 universum.

The groundbreaking 2009 film will be screened with live orchestral and choral accompaniment, bringing James Cameron’s vision of Pandora to life in a new way for Czech audiences.

Audiences will step into the year 2154 and follow the journey of Jake Sully on Pandora, the alien world that captivated millions worldwide.

The Oscar-winning epic will be performed with live music by the Pilsen Philharmonic Orchestra, joined by vocal soloist Una Palliser and the Charles University Choir, under the baton of conductor Ludwig Wicki.

The music, composed by James Horner, will be performed live, highlighting one of the last works he created before his death in 2015.

The film will be shown in its original version with Czech subtitles.

The event follows the project’s premiere at London’s Royal Albert Hall, attended by director James Cameron and actress Sigourney Weaver.
