Comic-Con Prague 2026 Announces First Guests

Prague Morning

Comic-Con Prague has begun confirming its first guests and programme details ahead of the 2026 edition, scheduled for 13–15 March at the O₂ universe.

Actors Giancarlo Esposito and Iain Glen are among the main international names announced so far, joined by several figures from Czech film, television and the comic book scene.

Esposito, known for roles in Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul and The Mandalorian, will attend alongside Glen, widely recognised as Jorah Mormont from Game of Thrones. Organisers say more foreign guests will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

The festival will also host actors Craig Fairbrass and Vincent Regan, both connected with Netflix’s live-action adaptation of One Piece. On the Czech side, veteran actor Jiří Lábus is expected to take part, bringing a career that spans theatre, film, television and well-known dubbing work.

According to organisers, this year’s programme will again combine celebrity appearances with discussions, competitions and themed exhibitions.

A special edition of the quiz show Superlov is planned, along with a discussion featuring Czech voice actors from The Vampire Diaries, offering insight into how the popular series was dubbed for local audiences.

The literary section will include the launch of the Czech-Polish anthology Poslední výstřel (The Last Shot), organised with the Polish Institute.

Writers František Kotleta, Juraj Červenák and Vladimír Šlechta are expected to participate in discussions with readers. Exhibitions are also planned, including displays of signed memorabilia from foreign actors and original film posters tracing the history of international cinema.

Comic book fans can expect appearances by Italian artist Paolo Eleuteri Serpieri, creator of the cult series Druuna, and internationally published comic author Mirka Andolfo, invited in cooperation with the Crew publishing house.

Tickets for Comic-Con Prague 2026 are already on sale through the official event website as well as Ticketmaster and Ticketportal. Discounted prices are available until 12 February, with organisers promising further programme announcements closer to the event.
