Dylan Moran is Back in Prague. And He's Looking for Trouble
Prague Morning
More than three years after his last appearance in the Czech capital, Dylan Moran is heading back to Prague with a new stand-up show.
The performance promises the same mix of dark humour, sharp observations, and absurd life advice that made him one of Europe’s most popular comedians.
The Irish comedian will perform his latest tour, “Looking For Trouble”, at the Prague Congress Centre on October 25, 2026.
Best known to Czech audiences for the cult sitcom Black Books, which he co-wrote and starred in, Moran has built a loyal following through his sarcastic style, chaotic stage presence and ability to turn everyday frustrations into long, hilarious rants.
His new show asks a simple question: what are you going to do with your life?
In typical Moran fashion, the answer quickly spirals into jokes about skipping work, avoiding reality, surviving without expensive coffee, becoming a kickboxing chess champion, or joining an elite group of trillionaire poet-pastry chefs and mountaineers.
The official description teases a night full of existential panic, cynical humour and bizarre life choices.
Moran’s comedy has long focused on the pressures of modern life, from work and consumerism to relationships and ageing. Reviewers have praised “Looking For Trouble” as “joyfully cynical” and “perfect for the times”.
Outside of stand-up, Moran is also known for appearing alongside Simon Pegg in films such as Shaun of the Dead and Run Fatboy Run. He also starred in the Irish black comedy A Film with Me in It.
Organisers recommend the performance for audiences aged 16 and over. The show will be performed entirely in English, without Czech translation or subtitles.
Tickets are already on sale through GoOut.
