GASTRO SWEET FEST 2025: Three Days of Baking and Tasting in Prague
Prague Morning
From November 20 to 22, PVA EXPO PRAHA in Letňany will host GASTRO SWEET FEST 2025, a three-day event dedicated to baking, confectionery, coffee, wine, cocktails, and modern bistro culture.
The festival will feature tastings, live shows, workshops, and even a record attempt that invites visitors to take part.
According to festival manager Lucie Bubeníčková, the goal is to connect both professionals and home enthusiasts. “Visitors can expect to see Czech and international exhibitors presenting a wide range of products, ingredients, and tools. The program will be varied, so everyone can find something that interests them,” she said.
Throughout the weekend, some of the Czech Republic’s most recognized names in pastry and bakery will take the stage — including Besky, Vojta Vrtiška, Míša Landová, Tereza Olbrichtová, and Iveta Fabešová.
Demonstrations will show how the country’s leading chefs and confectioners work up close. The program will be hosted by Martin Šlenc, who will guide visitors through tastings and live presentations.
The event will also highlight coffee and mixology, with professional baristas and bartenders giving demonstrations in the Coffee and Wine Zones. Guests can sample freshly brewed coffee, fine wines, and cocktails, while several dessert food trucks will bring a more relaxed, street-style twist to the sweet offerings.

Chocolate Record and Children’s Zone
One of the festival’s most unusual attractions will be a record attempt organized with Škoda Auto — building the country’s largest chocolate parking lot filled with gingerbread cars. Every visitor will have a chance to contribute to the creation.
Families will find plenty of activities for kids, including the Little Confectioner Zone, where children can decorate pastries and learn simple baking techniques. The program will also include games, competitions, and a concert by the children’s duo Karol and Kvído.
