Kateřina and Tereza, food lovers who run the successful Instagram channel kamvpraze, will share with us at Prague Morning a weekly food tip. We’ll discover together new openings in the city, hidden cafes, bistros, or well-renowned restaurants.
We were lucky to be invited to Mozzarellart and to have the opportunity to enjoy a piece of Italy in Nusle in Prague.
In this cozy shop, you can get great cheese (mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, ricotta, and more) or Italian ham & salami as well as Italian wine, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and many other foods.
If you wish, you can also sit and enjoy a glass of wine with some of those amazing Italian delicacies. Mozzarellart is exceptional and unique mainly because they make their own mozzarella right in this cozy little shop in Nusle!
You can peek into this little factory through a window, so if you arrive soon enough, you can also see the entire production process.
The whole shop offers a pleasant, authentic Italian atmosphere that can’t be experienced in many other Italian shops or restaurants in Prague. As soon as you taste their mozzarella for the first time, you won’t ever want to eat any other (believe us!).
Moreover, everyone in the shop was incredibly nice, smiling, and very hospitable. So who’s going for the best mozzarella in Prague?
You can follow Mozzarellart on Instagram as well.
