The fifth edition of the PiNKBUS festival will take place at Palác Akropolis from 20–23 September 2025, bringing four days of drag, performance, music, and discussion.

This year’s theme, “Queer Rites,” highlights the creation of alternative rituals and traditions within queer culture.

The opening night features the core “Essentials” performers – Martin Talaga, Just Karen, La Cuntessa, Chlorophyll von Needle, and Lotta Love – alongside guest artists such as Michelle Marvelous, Hayley the Strange, Miss Steak, Ruddy Daddy, and Dalila Drag.

The evening will be hosted by Just Karen and journalist Filip Titlbach, followed by a DJ afterparty with the Temple of collective.

The programme also includes a photography exhibition by Dorota Holubová documenting the Slovak drag scene, a concert by Slovak singer ERØ with choreographer Dominika Malenovská, and director-performer LEDET’s baroque-inspired film and live show about Marie Antoinette.

On the final day, the PINKPANEL discussion will address the state of queer art in Central Europe, featuring Slovak director Marián Amsler, performer Lotta Love, and photographer Dorota Holubová. The festival will close with Wojciech Grudziński’s performance “Threesome,” a reflection on memory, desire, and Polish ballet history.
