Prague Morning

A parade through Prague on Saturday will represent the culmination of the 13th edition of Prague Pride. Participants will meet at 11:30 in the lower part of Wenceslas Square.

The parade is set to run from lower part of Wenceslas Square via Old Town Square to Letnรก Plain, where there will be events including live music until 10 pm. During the day there will also be a petition drive in support of marriage equality.

The organisers revealed on Friday that the American rock star LP will be among those performing at Letnรก.

Parade route

Participants walk down Na Pล™รญkopฤ› Street, turn into Celetnรก Street on Republic Square (nรกmฤ›stรญ Republiky) and then go all the way to Old Town Square. Theyโ€™ll continue through Paล™รญลพskรก Street, over ฤŒech Bridge (ฤŒechลฏv most) and up the stairs to Letnรก Park and onto the plain.

Thatโ€™s where youโ€™ll find Pride Park โ€“ 6 stages with a music program, lots of stands with not just food and drinks, and a great atmosphere up until 10 pm.

Bus to Letnรก (accessibility)

Organizers will help anyone with reduced mobility get through the last part of the route. A barrier-free bus will be waiting at the bottom of the stairs to Letnรก for those with reduced mobility. You will find the bus stop on the left after you cross the bridge.

The bus will drop you off at ล pejchar, and from there, you can take a level path directly to Pride Park.
