It’s time to smash (avocados, that is). Prague’s first all-avocado restaurant opened in the Karlin district. Avocado Gang matches the artistic vibes of the area with splatter paint tables and funky, mismatched plates.
The menu also has an eclectic curation ranging from avocado sushi to toast to even avocado desserts like cakes, tarts, and pies. Each dish looks like a piece of art.
The restaurant was inspired by the owner’s daughter who went vegetarian at 10 years old. They figured out how to prepare this one fruit in dozens of ways.
An avocado is an ideal source of potassium, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamins C, E, K, H, B3, and B5. They have high energy value and healthy fays, so they are very nourishing.
There are few other all-avocado shops in Europe (think Amsterdam’s The Avocado Show), so this restaurant is setting the trend in Prague. It seems that everyone is in love with avocados, as they are one of the top exports with countries spending upwards of 550 million US dollars to import them into Europe.
If you love avocado, head down to the restaurant to be a part of the gang. We promise it won’t be a pitiful experience.
