The Sports #MeetUp is open to everyone who wants to enjoy both outside and inside activities while meeting up with new people.
On February 16, from 13:00 to 16:00, the Winter Sports Meet-up will be held at FactoryPro (Nádražní 762/32, 150 00 Praha-Smíchov). Open to anyone who wants to enjoy outdoor and indoor fitness activities as well as meeting and training with new, like-minded people. It doesn’t matter if you’re a semi-professional athlete or a complete fitness novice, you can come along and join the hour-long yoga session, conditioning, and cardio session, foam rolling, and functional training session, and running session, all for free!
You’ll be pushed to your limits in a fun and friendly environment, coached by seasoned professionals. Come along with your friends for an afternoon of fitness fun. Don’t be deterred by the cold weather – it will all be taken care of!

- 14.00 – 14.45 2nd session / CONDITIONING TRAINING*break, refreshments*
- 15.00 – 15.45 3rd session / YOGA SESSION*break, refreshments*

We aim to try to go beyond our limits in a very friendly way and coached by professionals! Don’t hesitate to bring your partner, friends, flatmates or colleagues with you – all for fun and its free!

Anytime from 10.45pm to 13.00pm (both individually or in a group):
- MUSCLE STABILITY EXAMINATION
- NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION
- 13.00pm PICNIC with fellow-athletes (bring anything you like)
