The second Sisters Bistro focuses on delicious open sandwiches and offers a variety of traditional but innovative recipes. In addition to the open sandwiches, they also offer classic spreads and other choices that the older generations remember, and the younger ones have heard. They aim to return cold cuisine to its glory and create a new generation of customers.

Try an open sandwich with sausages, roast meat, cheese, eggs, omelette, spreads or pickled vegetables served on a loaf of crispy bread. The unexpected combination of ingredients will surprise you with new tastes, original presentations and high-quality ingredients, everything at an affordable price and in a cosy atmosphere.

Just like in Sisters Bistro at Dlouhá Street, the chef Vladimír Čech bases on the tradition and creates new flavours, original presentations and unexpected combinations of always quality and fresh ingredients from carefully selected suppliers.

They prepare open sandwiches with classic salads and spreads in a fun and imaginative way, including beautiful decorating techniques.

The restaurant opens Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm. They also deliver orders every day except Sunday for 229 CZK when ordered 24 hours in advance.
