Do you love chocolate? Then you definitely should not miss the Chocolate Festival at Galerie Harfa this November. The Annual Chocolate festival will be held here, with free entry, for the sixth year running. This year’s festival will feature chocolate delicacies from all over the world, and everything can be tasted on-site. Guests will have the opportunity to join chocolate-making classes, partake in the chocolate dessert contest, workshops for children, and much more!
The festival will be open to the public on Friday, November 16th from 14:00 to 18:00, Saturday, November 17th from 10:00 to 18:00, and Sunday, November 18th from 10:00 to 17:00.
Have you ever tried a rosemary sirloin steak with forest fruits and chocolate? Tortilla stuffed with chicken and chocolate sauce? Or chilli con carne made with dark chocolate? If not, you should definitely come and try these unusual flavour combinations at the Galerie Harfa. As part of the culinary show, these unusual recipes will be prepared by the chefs of some of Prague’s major restaurants.
This year, sweet lovers will also be able to test their chocolate-making abilities. At Tefal’s workshops, people will learn how to make macarons, pop cakes, candy decorations, and chocolate desserts. Thanks to the Tupperware company’s participation, even the smallest of chefs can try out cooking. With the help of professionals, children will be able to make chocolate donuts and other sweet treats. The festival will also have a face-painting booth, chocolate painting, a carnival on Saturday, and visitors will certainly not want to miss seeing the massive chocolate sculpture.
This year’s festival will celebrate the origins of chocolate. The Galerie Harfa has therefore invited representatives of African cuisine and specialists from Latin America to the festival. A confectionary competition with delicious prizes organised by Tefal is also available to visitors, and a wide range of musical and dance performances will enhance the festival’s atmosphere. Fun activities, culinary inspiration, and lots of chocolate goodies all in one place!
At this year’s festival, you will be able to try products offered by ČokoKebab, Kamila chocolates, Kamelie – French wines, Mr. Vonka, Chocolaterie Havířov, Cafe Santo Domingo, Jablíčko, Sirupárna, Čokoláda Lyra, Xo-Čo, Janek Chocolates, Šmakujto, Atelier Sladkostí, Koruna pralinky, Melk Zlín, Lavender farm Bezděkov, Od Bobu, and Smile Waffle. We hope to see you there!
