Fragment will offer 140 fully furnished apartments for rent with layouts from studios to spacious penthouses with their own rooftop terrace.
The project’s winsome atmosphere was achieved through the combination of designer furniture and cutting-edge technologies, and the surrounding greenery and quiet zone will provide a welcome respite from the busy city life. The complex will include 119 parking spaces in underground garages.
“Fragment has the ambition to rewrite the chapter of rental housing in the Czech Republic. With its combination of art and design in both exteriors and interiors, added services, and high standards, it goes beyond the boundaries of ordinary residential housing. It is the flagship of our concept of combining architecture, art, technology, and sustainability,” said Marcel Soural, Chairman of Trigema.
Passers-by can count four statues by the house: an arm, a leg, a palm, and a woman. They are made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, which has a mirror-polished surface.
Together with the building, they symbolize the human community, its ability to support each other, and the power that human belonging has.
Technological equipment is another thing that makes Fragment stand out among the rest.
The technologies used include groundwater heat pumps with a system of 30 geothermal boreholes 180 m deep, air-conditioning with heat recovery, filtration, humidity, and temperature treatment of incoming air, heating and cooling by active ceilings, well and rainwater to cover operational water consumption (for toilet flushing and watering the greenery).
In addition, all of the rooftops are “green roofs” with vegetation.
