At the grand finale of Miss Czech Republic 2018 Lea Šteflícková from Ústí nad Labem was crowned the main winner by her successor Michaela Habánová.

Tereza Křivánková and Jana Šišková were crowned Ceska Miss Earth 2018 and Ceska Miss Supranational 2018 respectively. 

he Top 10 semi-finalists that performed at the coronation stage of Ceská Miss 2018 were Mariana Becková, Nikola Bechynová, Tereza Havlová, Nikola Hemzalová, Lucie Korubová, Tereza Krivánková, Aneta Mitušinová, Amalia Sloupenská, Jana Šišková, and Lea Šteflícková.

Czech Miss is a national beauty contest whose winners represent the Czech Republic at Miss Universe, Miss Earth, and Miss Supranational competitions.
