The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic has released data on the wages of residents for the first six months of 2022.

Based on the new information, we have compiled a rating of the country’s highest- and lowest-paid professions. This is the average “gross” salary (in the first half of the year it amounted to CZK 43,093).

Top managers of large companies earned the most, averaging CZK 299,717 per month. The top 10 per cent received EEK 607,282 per month, while the top 10 per cent earned EEK 57483 per month.
