A sleepover with friends can be one of those childhood moments that children remember for years.
But for parents, organising one often means buying decorations, preparing bedding, rearranging furniture and dealing with the cleanup afterwards.
Prague-based atelier stories takes care of everything, bringing a fully styled teepee sleepover directly to the family home. Parents choose the theme, date and number of children, while the company handles the delivery, setup, styling and collection.
Founded by Jana Hrochová, who has a background in event production, organisation and guest services, atelier stories was created around a simple idea: making special moments for children without turning them into another project for parents.
The concept works for birthdays, but it doesn’t have to be a special occasion. A weekend with friends, a school holiday or simply an evening when children want to do something different can become a small adventure at home.
Families can choose from three themes: Mermaid World, Wizard Academy and SPA Night. Each setup features coordinated colours, soft textiles, fairy lights and themed accessories. The result is a playful sleeping space designed to appeal to children while remaining stylish enough to fit comfortably into the family home.
Every booking includes the equipment and styling, with teepees assembled and individual sleeping spaces prepared with mattresses, bedding, pillows, blankets, decorative cushions and other details suited to the chosen theme. Optional extras include creative kits, themed activities, photography and Instax memories.
The service is designed to make the experience as easy as possible for parents. There is no need to buy decorations, assemble teepees, wash bedding or find storage space for the equipment afterwards. Once the sleepover is over, atelier stories returns to dismantle the setup, pack everything away and collect it.
Quality, comfort and hygiene are central to the service. The equipment and textiles are cleaned and prepared between bookings, and each sleeping space is carefully arranged to ensure children have a comfortable place to settle in for the night.
Families can book a sleepover for one night or an entire weekend. Prices start at CZK 3,490 for two children for one night, or CZK 4,900 for two children for a full weekend, from Friday to Monday. Both options include the equipment, styling, setup and collection, with delivery within Prague included free of charge.
The service can also make a thoughtful gift from grandparents. Instead of another toy or physical present, a gift voucher gives grandchildren an experience to look forward to.

Vouchers can cover a complete sleepover or contribute towards one, allowing the family to choose the theme and date later. They are valid for one year and delivered by email within 24 hours of payment.
While at-home sleepovers remain the main focus, atelier stories also creates children’s lounges and play areas for weddings and other events, giving younger guests a dedicated space to play and relax while adults enjoy the occasion.
