Online guide to Italian restaurants, 50 Top Pizza, has unveiled its annual ranking of the best pizzerias outside of Italy. It includes only European establishments.
The results are based on a survey following an anonymous judging visit and were announced online from Milan at a virtual event due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Pizza Nuova in Prague, part of Ambiente group, ranks 40th.
“Not only the oven but also the classic Neapolitan style of the pizzas is certified by the establishment’s membership to the Associazione Verace Pizza Napolitana. The pizza is the focal point around which a varied gastronomic offer rotates, from the pasta to the salads, to the ice-creams. All of them are icons of Italian cuisine,” says 50 Top Pizza.
The list is based on a survey that was carried out after an anonymous judging visit.
