UP Festival will take over Výstaviště Holešovice from May 11 to 13, providing its participants with an endless supply of techno, minimal and house.
Created ‘with the sole purpose of driving the already rich artistically culture into new realms’ and to ‘create new opportunities and help shine a light on one of the most beautiful countries in Europe’, UP really does offer something pretty special.
Ricardo Villalobos, Praslesh and Sonja Moonear will headline the Indoor Stage on Friday night with Ellen Allien the standout name on Saturday’s nighttime bill.
The main stage for Saturday daytime is stacked. Apollonia, Ion Ludwig (Live), Ferro and Joao Maria will all play alongside Varhat who will go back-to-back with Janeret. Sunday’s main stage lineup includes Barac, Spacetravel, Gescu and Topper.
With 4 stages and more than 50 artists showcasing their passion, their talent, their ideas, UP Festival is a place where every musician can strip out of their fears and experiment, showcase, introduce their true artistic being and a place where our audience can get lost in light and sound.
Tickets can be bought on the festival’s official website and goout.cz. They include full festival passes and tickets only for Friday night or Saturday daytime events.
Further information can be found on UP’s website here.
