RegioJet to Renew Long-Distance Train from Prague to Croatia
Following last year’s success, Regiojet decided to renew its summer night service to Croatia. Trains will arrive at Rijeka and Split. Subsequent bus routes will connect the entire Adriatic coast, including the resorts of Kotor in Montenegro and Neum in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Buses from Rijeka enabled passengers to transfer to some of the following destinations: Opatija, Rabac, Medulin, Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Novigrad, Malinska, Šilo, Vrbnik, Krk, Baška, Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski, Zadar, Sukosan, Biograd, Pakostane, Omis, Brela, Baska Voda, Makarska, Podgora, Podaca, Gradac, Sibenik, Primosten, Trogir and Split. The first night train will depart from Prague Central Station on May 28, 2021. Last summer, the Prague-Rijeka route became RegioJet’s most successful new line, carrying over 60,000 passengers in both directions. The schedule will be the same as last year. In June and September, trains will run three times a week. In July and August, there will be daily connections in all directions. Departures from Prague, Brno, and Bratislava will be on Friday, Sunday and Tuesday. From Croatia – Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday.
